Overview
Our Client a premier care home provider is looking to recruit registered nurses for their Nursing Homes in Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire. We are looking for nurses who will manage the personal needs of residents and ensure they are dealt with sensitively and professionally by the care/nursing/management teams; who are skilled in making on end-of-life care decisions with a sympathy and compassion. Our clients teams of highly-motivated and attentive staff focus on the individual needs of residents with tailored care plans; using a range of occupational activities such as cooking, drawing/painting, music, knitting/sewing to involve and occupy residents. You will need a passion for caring for the elderly and infirm with a flair for helping people maintain their independence with dignity. These are a variety of positions, full and part time, and even some bank shifts. Requirements for this position Registered nurses with experience of working with the elderly; you will be required to support and enhance the current team.
