This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience, eg Head of Unit or Clinical Lead, looking to take the next step in their career progression. As Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse), you'll be wholly responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the Home Manager. And there's no need to stop there; as an expanding organisation, a future role in senior management is a real possibility The role of Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) requires you to have a current NMC registration.This position may include supernumerary hours.
