Overview
My client is one of the leading providers of Nursing and Residential Care homes in the UK. A not for profit organisation, they pride themselves on person centred care and 'Good' CQC ratings. I am looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager with current PIN to join this fantastic organisation to lead the home and put residents at the heart of what they do. To be considered for this post as well as a Nursing qualification, you will be an existing Registered Manager with at least 3 years experience within elderly and Dementia care and have a history of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and have experience in managing budgets. In exhange for your experience and enthusiasm you will be rewarded with a generous salary of £49.5k, opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 8k, 33 days holiday, pension plan, childcare vouchers, medical cover and great career opportunities.
