Overview
SAP BI BW Consultant - as an Associate Location: Any UK base - work is remote Who you'll be working with? You will join the SAP BI and BW team in Centiq working on existing Customer projects and support requirements. You will be working with multiple Centiq customers, following induction into our business, under a clear and secure engagement model. These customers are UK and globally based with a variety of system versions and projects. What is an Associate Role? We work with a large number of SAP contractors and specialists who provide their expertise to other customers in current non working time for their main engagement. Centiq Associates offer a highly flexible engagement model rewarding approved individuals on an hourly rate for their services in their own time. There is no contractual commitment to any set number of hours or time worked in any period. If you are available, we engage you in support and/or project work. This can assist many contractors in relation to demonstrating multiple clients or contracts. The Role As a BW consultant, you will up-to-date with the latest developments in the SAP BW and BI product portfolio. You will provide guidance to clients and to other Centiq consultants. You will provide support to customers through the Centiq problem, incident, change and service request processes. You will engage with and discuss with customers solutions and resolutions to problems, changes and incidents to enhance our service and overall customer experience. You may be involved in longer term projects and deliverables. About You Your core skill set will include the following: Business Objects BI Platform, including the key components of Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, Web Intelligence and Analysis for Office BusinessObjects Administration through CMC and Universe builds Integration skills with SAP Business Warehouse (various versions) and SAP HANA and S/4HANA Experience with SAP Data Services Experience with SAP BW (on HANA or BW4) Knowledge of the SAP roadmaps and coming innovations Knowledge of functional areas and data structures Knowledge of best practice design theory for visualisation Management of requirements gathering and design workshops with both business and technical audiences. What you'll do Help clients to define and implement their solutions for BI and analytics Manage delivery of small SAP analytics Projects or streams in larger projects Manage and resolve allocated customer specific incidents and problems, change and service requests which are assigned to the Associate Work with Centiq consultants and technical teams to design solutions that leverage SAP packaged content and solutions Work with Centiq consultants to deliver projects on time and to customer expectations.
