Overview
Desktop Engineer required for one of the industry’s largest growing online retailers, who are truly growing at a rapid rate. This exciting opportunity as the Desktop Engineer, will help support their core systems while introducing a lot of new tech to the business. As the Desktop Engineer you’ll be communicating with all teams from 3 rd line, Networking and procurement. Supporting their core infrastructure ranging from Windows 10/Servers, AD, Group Polices, Office 365 and SCCM. Supporting their customers is at the heart of this role, you’ll need to be able to handle high level SLA’s.
