Role: Residential Conveyancer Location: Preston Salary: £26,000-£34,000 An ambitious, forward thinking law firm are looking for a residential conveyancer to join their long-standing office in Preston. The Role: As a residential conveyancer, you will become part of a highly reputable department where there is a variety of residential conveyancing work to get involved with. You will manage a sizeable caseload of interesting, high quality matters, including but not limited to: Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase Part-exchanges New Build Re-mortgages Transfer of Equity About You: You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to post-completion. It would also be beneficial if you have gained some exposure to commercial property work, or a desire to do so.
