Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support - Redditch £28-33K An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support / IT Support Analyst to come on board working for a prestigious company. As a Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support / IT Support Analyst you will be expected to have: - Good desktop site support skills - Good communication skills, able to deal with customers on all levels - Self-motivated, able to manage his or her own time efficiently, assigning work to him or herself and taking ownership until completion - Able and willing to travel as there will be some remote site support necessary - Working & technical knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016/365, Microsoft Outlook, McAfee antivirus/endpoint encryption, SCCM - Any knowledge of infrastructure i.e. networking, switching, patching would be beneficial. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be a car owner/driver for travel to client sites.
