Overview
We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Engineers and Senior Maintenance Engineers / Maintenance Supervisors in Daventry. This role involves working on a small distribution site which is undergoing major project works. This is a great time to join and get hands-on experience before the machinery goes live. Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 Hours: 4 on 4 off - 12-hour days / nights Location: Daventry Required: Level 3 in a Mechanical or Electrical trade Previous experience using route cause analysis to troubleshoot electrical machinery The Job: Support and coach operational colleagues with technical machine issues Planning preventative maintenance Managing a small team of engineers (2-4 at a time). 70/30 Supervisory/Engineering Working with contractors to complete small project work Provide strong trouble shooting skills for any technical issues Support with plans for continuous improvement The Client: Very stable employer, growth year on year Professional and friendly team International company, major scope for progression To apply, please follow the relevant buttons on this Job page.
