Key responsibilities as a Shift Supervisor: Daily management of agency staff Conduct deep dives on a variety of data/processes Checking and verifying agency staff worked hours on a daily basis Disciplinary management Performance/Absence and Attrition management Essential experience (required) as a Shift Supervisor: Computer skills essential: MS Word - Intermediate, MS Excel - Intermediate Excellent team planning ability to include, rotas, shift patterns and daily routines Experience with working in a warehouse environment and in a similar role The successful candidate will have a bias for action, a strong desire for continuous improvement and be motivated to succeed.
