Overview
JT Recruit are currently looking for a Fulfilment Manager on behalf of our client in Louth. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday - it is shift based however it will be between the hours of 8am – 6.30pm. Your role will include, but is not limited to: Coordinating and scheduling team workload on projected customer orders and actual customer orders Managing the team to ensure all the order products are packaged, verify that the package is correctly labelled and correctly dispatched to the company logistics partner for shipping Ensuring customer orders are properly received, processed and delivered Managing stock re-order levels Completion of monthly stock take Maintain a safe, clean and tidy working environment by complying with procedures, rules, health & safety regulation Managing and ensuring health & safety policies are upheld Ensuring team targets and quality targets are achieved Supporting and managing the fulfilment production operative s Working to agreed budgets and maximising efficiency Meeting financial targets You should be: A strong communicator with interpersonal skills Team player who can facilitate successful project work operating to deadlines Must be a resourceful, hands on self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced and goal-oriented business Experience in e-commerce fulfilment across Europe desirable Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience working across 3rd party online shopping platforms (Amazon, Wayfair etc) / multiple retail verticals Experience working in a fast growth, small company/ start-up division To be considered for this role please apply online with an up to date CV or send it directly to Kimberley jtrecruit.co.uk
