Overview
Do you have an interest in working with mental health patients? Do you have experience in mental health assessments? Service Care Solutions are currently looking for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with in a CMHT in Birmingham. Working Monday to Friday 9-5 within the NHS. Pay Rate Days- £24 (umbrella) an hour SCS Bonuses £250 Referral Bonus £150 new Nurse Sign up Bonus £150 Job Referral Role Responsibilities: To perform general and risk assessments in diagnosing and treating complex mental health issues. Assess clients provide interventions which reduce the risk to self, others and of hospital admission. Ability to drive throughout the Birmingham Area to work effectively as part of a MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) and liaise with other mental healthcare professionals. Person Specification: Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is currently registered with the NMC. Ideally, 6 months working in Community Mental Health in areas such as CMHT, Assertive Outreach, Early Intervention, Crisis Resolution, Primary Care etc. Must have a car available for work and be willing to travel within the community as part of the role. Must be an effective and responsible lone worker, capable of organising own workload.
