Overview
We are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to work with Birmingham Community Healthcare, this will be on a full time block booking basis. Start date: ASAP Location: Birmingham, B7 Hours - 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days - 08:30-16:30 List of duties: To provide a specialist physiotherapy service to patients recently diagnosed with a stroke in a range of community settings using highly developed specialist practice underpinned by theoretical knowledge. To be a specialist resource of information for health and social care staff, patients, families, carers and external agencies who may require advice and support and guidance in the management of stroke. To transfer individual patients' on-going care to other agencies as appropriate and ensure that the service provided is conducted in a professional, efficient and effective way. To meet the service specification objectives and key performance indicators as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing a high quality service.
