Overview

Carers required for Evening and Weekend work in Cardiff IOS Care are currently hiring full or part time community care assistants to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable candidates with a caring nature to join our team, in return we will provide you with full training before you start as well ongoing training throughout your time with us. A driving license is not required to work with us as we have some routes suitable to walk between care calls however a driving license and access to your own vehicle will increase the volume of work we can offer. Your Role • To carry out and undertake specific, general and domestic tasks which will provide good quality of health and well-being of the citizens. • To contribute, develop and implement citizens individual care plans. • To work flexibly to meet citizens support needs. • To communicate effectively and professionally with family and advocates. • To actively talk and listen to citizens. • To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims and objectives of the company.
