Overview
LINKS Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a large retailer in Avonmouth. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is seeking a Drivers Mate to work as part of a double manned team, helping make deliveries to customer properties. Duties for our client include deliveries, whereby you will be required to help unload the delivery vehicle along with your team, ensuring the goods are delivered to customers safely and without damage. You will complete 3-5 drops a day with daily start times ranging between depending on delivery locations. This role requires you to work Monday to Friday and potentially some occasional Saturdays, average shifts are 8-9 hours a day. Please note this is HEAVY and PHYSICAL work so you must be fit and able to lift units on your own in some instances. Benefits whilst working for our client; £8.50 per hour Full PPE Training Provided Due to the location, some form of transport would be beneficial. THIS IS TO START IMMEDIATELY - Induction on Thursday 26th March.
