Junior IT Trainer – Essex – £26,000 - £30,000 Have you completed an Apprenticeship or Degree qualification in an IT subject? Can you picture yourself in a classroom environment, but as a Trainer? Are you looking to help the minds of tomorrow within your industry? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Professional to join an established IT Training company. The position will enable you to be supported on your training journey, gaining mentorship and certificates along the way. We are looking for someone who is passionate and motivated to inspire and support learners to progress their careers within the IT sector. This post will see you working from an office in Harlow, with training being delivered across several offices, including Central London. You will deliver workshops and training sessions to learners studying towards Network Security and Server certifications. Your Main Duties Will Include: Managing, mentoring and supporting learners, to ensure successful achievement of their industry certifications Conduct knowledge delivery as well as coaching and mentoring of competencies/skills relating to the qualification they are undertaking Ensure all delivery and paperwork is compliant Contribute to the development of new learning materials and qualifications, ensuring learning is interactive and engaging for learners Essential Requirements: A Degree, Higher Education Qualification in ICT or significant IT industry experience IT Industry certifications are desirable, not essential – i.e. MTA, MCSA, CompTIA GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above · Good communication and presentation skills In return you will receive: - Starting salary of £26,000 - £30,000 - Full training and mentorship - Funding for your certifications in training/teaching and related IT industry certifications If you are interested in the Junior IT Trainer role, please contact TeachTech Solutions Junior IT Trainer – Essex – £26,000 - £30,000
