Call Handler Salary on offer upto £18,000 depending on experience Manchester city centre, close to Victoria Station As a Receptionist within the Client Experience team, your main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service to exceed our client’s expectations. You will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails. What's involved? Answer a high number of incoming calls with minimum waiting time in a professional manner To ensure client confidentiality is maintained. Ensuring cover has arrived before leaving the switchboard so the phones are manned at all times Ensuring all emails to the Client Experience email addresses for the UK and Ireland are dealt with in a timely manner and forwarded onto the appropriate department Logging retention opportunities Stamping, sorting, logging and allocating incoming post for the department Distribute weekly retention opportunity log Ad hoc project work What are we looking for? Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong time management skills. A good level of Excel skill A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
