Construction Manager x 2 £360/day LTD - £420/day UMB Birmingham 6 Month Contract – to start immediately “Our client is a well-established Nationwide Rail company whose professionalism and well-respected name have been instrumental in their success. They provide an exceptional service to their customers and are focused on continually improving this.” They are looking for a Construction Manager with previous rail experience and a variety of refurbishment experience to join their growing team in Birmingham. The Role Working on a variety of different refurbishment projects, you will be involved with will require you to be both office and site based (50/50 split). Office time will be preparing documents/plan for the delivery of works. Site time will involve reviewing the progress of the project, ensuring that it meets the; safety, quality and timeliness standards.
