Overview
Construction Manager x 2 £360/day LTD - £420/day UMB (In scope of IR35) Birmingham OR Manchester 6 Month Contract – to start immediately “Our client is a well-established Nationwide Rail company whose professionalism and well-respected name have been instrumental in their success. They provide an exceptional service to their customers and are focused on continually improving this.” They are looking for a Construction Manager with previous rail experience and a variety of Building/Civil Engineering experience to join their growing teams in Birmingham and Manchester. The Role The projects you will be involved with will require you to be both office and site based (50/50 split). Office time will be preparing documents/plan for the delivery of works Site time will involve reviewing the progress of the project, ensuring that it meets the; safety, quality and timeliness standards.
