Do you have trade or site manager back ground? Our client an established developer in Northampton is looking for an Assistant Customer Care Manager with relevant site or project manager background. You will need to have at least 1 years experience in the construction industry. The Role; Oversee and report any defects. Build good relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners. Being a main point of contact for after care services. Manage any complaints regarding defects. Managing and reporting all customer feedback and presenting to the board. Delivering exceptional customer service. What you'll have; Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Customer care experience within the construction sector ideally from a site o project manager background. Excellent IT skills and confident using in house systems.
