Overview
We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer. You will work as part of a team and be responsible for carrying out both proactive and reactive maintenance to a wide range of automated machinery. Key Accountabilities · Repair and maintain all equipment to the manufacturers standard · Carry out maintenance, testing and repair work and complete relevant documentation · Support continuous improvement projects and installation of new machinery · Work with your engineering colleagues to ensure departmental KPI's are met · Work with management in maintaining the departments safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements · Communicate effectively with team members, production managers and supervisors on any breakdown information and timescales to the best of your knowledge The ideal candidate will possess · A proven track record within a food or similar FMCG manufacturing environment · Multi skilled with sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles · Problem solving skills with understanding of root cause analysis · Flexible approach to shift working to meet factory requirements · Ability to work to manage workload whilst working to the required deadlines If you feel like your suitable for the Job then please get in touch on 01482 425220 to speed up the process.
