CK Clinical are recruiting for multiple Data Quality Leads to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis. Our client is a world leading innovative pharmaceutical company that is committed to improving the lives of patients. The main purpose of this Data Manager role will be to lead studies/teams and be accountable for all Data Management deliverables. Responsibilities: - Leading the CDM study team and maintaining oversight of all build, conduct and close activities for multiple or complex studies, ensuring fit for purpose quality. - Implementing study conventions, processes, knowledge sharing and best practices on multiple or complex studies. - Managing CDM study deliverables, including timelines, risks and coordination of cross-functional tasks. - Working with stakeholders and external vendors effectively. Your Background: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific/related field. - Extensive data management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. - Experience leading teams and project management. - Strong stakeholder management experience. - Experience with start-up activities or working with new data types is helpful.
