Software Developer (.Net, React.JS) Bolton - u p to £40,000 Sick of travelling into Manchester or Liverpool City Centre? Well, you are in luck A great opportunity has become available for a Software Developer to join a company in Bolton who are delivering multiple programmes of work using the latest technologies. Having moved a lot of their platforms and products into microservices using .NET Core, this business have embraced componentising their development work. As such, they are looking for someone to help them mature their practices as they continue on the journey towards true Agile delivery. Whilst this is very much a full-stack role, anyone with a preference for front-end engineering and UI development using would be extremely welcome. Most of the front-ends are written using React.JS. Core tech stack includes: C#, .NET (Core), APIs, SQL Server, React.JS, TDD and CI/CD pipelines Having adopted an Agile squad mentality , collaboration is key and the ability to effectively and pleasantly communicate with team members is a must. They have created a positive ‘get things done’ culture within the business and someone who can fit within that – whilst also leaving their own mark- is expected from the successful Software Developer. You’ll be reporting in to a Software Development Manager, someone enthusiastic who is from a technical background and can help you on the route to becoming a Senior Developer.
