Responsibilities for the Technical Project Manager (IT, RPA): Being accountable for delivering customer projects on time and in budget Senior stakeholder management of our customers Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor to the customer as a senior member of the Delivery team whilst managing quality expectations Setting up and scoping projects; understanding what the customer is trying to achieve Working with customers to understand their business case, defining how products and services can best be used to return measurable business value Leading customer workshops to define and agree scope and requirements Applying the appropriate level of methodology and best practices, given the scale of the project Project assurance of lower risk projects managed by junior colleagues There is future scope for project portfolio management of customer accounts Requirements for the Technical Project Manager (IT, RPA): Proven experience in a Project Manager or hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role Experience with software projects, ideally working with engineers on workflow and automation solutions Proven experience managing senior stakeholders Proven experience of leading multiple successful project deliveries from initiation to close Proven experience using Agile methodology Understanding of software development lifecycles PRINCE2 or PMP certifications would be preferred, but not essential This great opportunity for a new Technical Project Manager (IT, RPA)with company benefits including pension and bonus so if you think you'd be a good fit please apply now.
