Service Control Lead

Service Control Manager/Lead £70,000-£75,000 Kent We are looking for an experience Service Control Lead/Manager to join an exciting organisation, you will be leading a team of 4 direct reports with a total team of around 15 managing the service control function. This will cover Hardware and Software Asset Management, BCP/DR, Identity & Access Management, Change and Release Management. We are looking for someone with very broad experience across service control with strong direct line management skills, (appraisals, career development) and someone who has excellent skills with process improvement, service improvement and implementing service processes. You will need to have enough of a technical background within the areas covered to manage technical teams effectively and have extensive experience within some kind of regulated industry ( Utilities/Financial Services/Airlines something similar) Due to the location of this role in Kent you would ideally be based in the areas around Dartford/Gravesend/Gillingham/Tonbridge/Maidstone Interviews for this role will be taking place via VC Please apply for further details
