Overview
Our client based in Morley are now looking to add a processor to the expanding team The Role Ensure the allocation process is effectively managed to maximise income collection Produce high level reporting for senior management, identifying trends and risks. Build and maintain good relationships with internal colleagues, third parties and external organisations to support service delivery. Ensure effective management of risks through planning and service delivery; including escalating to senior management for action in a timely manner. Coverting CSV files on to inhouse systems and excel Requirements Must have Excellent Communication Skills - Both oral and written Excellent Customer Service and Administrative skills Grammatical and Numerical Accuracy / Accurate Data Entry Excellent Excel Knowledge Permanent Position £21-£23K DOE
