Job Purpose: Kyonet-IT Ltd have rapidly evolved and expanded since they were established in 2012. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious and growing organisation as part of our friendly and professional sales team. Providing sales and customer service support to existing and potential clients within a B2B environment, the role also involves generating and qualifying leads for new business.This opportunity will suit a passionate, enthusiastic, results driven individual who prides themselves on their ability to develop and manage existing customer relationships. As part of the team, it is vital that we ensure all clients, suppliers and colleagues receive an excellent standard of customer service and support at all times. This role includes attending initial sales meetings with clients and/or suppliers, determining a client’s business requirements and tailoring a service or product to meet their needs, as well as follow up client support and relationship building to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Following on from any meetings or enquiries findings will often need to be presented to the technical team for follow up action. A large portion of the role will involve chasing enquiries, quotations and updates to clients and working closely with senior staff members, ensuring that, at all times the relevant quality and regulations are complied with. MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES KEY DUTIES To answer all calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner. Direct calls accordingly for helpdesk and technical support where additional services are required. To provide customers with quotations on hardware/software/services. Lead generation & qualifying leads. Sell and promote the business’s portfolio and services. To work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Follow up and convert enquiries / quotations to a sale. Maintain high levels of communication with clients, suppliers and team members at all times To build and maintain client relations To liaise with the technical team and sales support to ensure quotations are technically accurate and to arrange timescales for delivery. To attend and share knowledge from any training as deemed necessary. KEY ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES Maintaining the CRM database of customers. Ordering products for in-house and customer orders. Checking on stock availability for customer orders or enquiries. Manage customer’s expectations on delivery of goods Writing correspondence, collating and despatching documents and papers. Creating accurate and professionally presentations. Acquiring checks and approval on quotes - where appropriate. Obtaining any further information required from customers in a timely manner Ensuring all correspondence is sent out on time as requested by either customers or team members. Data is entered on time and accurately. SALES SKILLS Ability to be able to convert enquiries into sales. Overcoming objections. Strong negotiation skills Able to sell on service and knowledge Rapport building Timely responses to customers with relevant information. Ensuring all conduct and communication is professional and polite at all times Willingness to learn. Understanding the importance of asking open questions to gain more information and identify selling opportunities Confidence and ability to make calls to build new business Strong communication skills both face to face and telephone. SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT Updating calendars, events and news on social media sites. Updating CRM on a daily basis. Ensuring information is current, relevant and accurate.
