Overview
Drivers required for a care provider based at Derriford hospital. DBS on the update service essential. Your new company This national charity provides a discharge service based at Derriford hospital, supporting patients to get home once they have been discharged. Your new role You will have access to a company care and each day will be allocated service users to collect from the hospital and take home, make sure they know about any follow up appointments, care for their general wellbeing when leaving them at home, heating on, make sure there is bread and milk etc and they are comfortable before heading back to the hospital for the next discharge. What you'll need to succeed Full clean driving license Experience in care in the last 2 years DBS on the update service What you'll get in return This job includes excellent rates of pay, holiday and pension.
