Regional Demand Manager EMEA

Reporting to the Global SIOP Leader in Charlotte you will have the main responsibility of consolidating regional demand forecasts to ensure an effective and predictable Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for our sites in EMEA region. The Regional Demand Manager will manage and develop an accurate demand forecast at the appropriate levels, horizons and intervals. You will be accountable for monitoring the performance of the process and continually improving output and accuracy as well as assisting in developing the demand management process and rules governing acceptance of orders and commitment of supply. You will be responsible for coordination and integration of the demand management process within our business systems. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the overall demand management process within Region Accountable for development, documentation and maintenance of the assumptions supporting the demand plan. With the Demand Analyst, challenge the sales assumptions as appropriate Supports preparation and facilitation of Regional Demand Reviews, including consolidation and distribution of presentation materials, presentation of plans, meeting notes/action items, etc. Follow up with required business stakeholders to resolve forecast issues and improve accuracy Identify risks and opportunities and develops scenario plans to optimize results Understand market environments, trends, including leading indicators, and the impact on the demand plans for the business Formally handover monthly demand plans to Supply Planners for fulfillment i.e. Demand and Supply balancing Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns Analyze, troubleshoot, and prevent demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management Schedule forecast review meetings with key stakeholders on regular cadence Develop and maintain open and honest communication with other functions including Commercial, Finance and Sourcing Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions Maintain Market Expected Lead Time (MELT) based on Product Manager inputs In collaboration with the Global and Site Materials Managers, manage rules for supply issues and customer requirements that are outside the capability of the supply chain to deliver KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to drive change and collaboration across different locations and functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid leadership skills, including the ability to generate enthusiasm and motivate others Ability to lead from the front and champion through change A proactive approach and drive for results The ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels within the organization as well as external customers and suppliers EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Operations Business, Supply Chain or Finance 5 years of experience in SIOP process (or adjacent roles) Proficiency with MS Excel skills Experience with a forecasting tool Project management experience Exceptional stakeholder management/collaboration skills Understanding of SIOP principles and methods Strong planning system skills ERP experience, preferably SAP Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
