Overview
Caulker Barrow-In-Furness Initial 6 month contract £22.12 per hour PAYE/£26.28 per hour LTD Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a global manufacturing company who operate within the Defence industry. They are currently seeking Caulkers to join their site based in Barrow-In-Furness on an initial 6 month basis. Job Description Must be able to Gouge, Burn and Grind to the required standard and having an understanding of the Dry Survey process is required and a good knowledge of gas safety and tank testing would be an advantage. Working safely at all times, taking yourself and others into consideration before staring a job Following the relevant instructions and other specifications required, using the appropriate tools and equipment to do the job safety and effectively and provide support for associated processes. Must be able to check the completed activity and ensure that all operations have been completed and meet the required specification. The Individual We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with good time keeping ability and an excellent understanding of Health and Safety must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a team. You must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights and be able to do shift work if required. Must have a recognised apprenticeship in ship building.
