On offer is the opportunity to work directly with the owners and directors, which will give you a platform to showcase your expertise, and gain recognition and reward for your efforts and the results your produce. We are interested in speaking to experienced domiciliary care managers with strong leadership skills, who are passionate about caring for elderly people, and motivated and enthusiastic about introducing new ways of working in line with CQC guidelines, to grow and develop the business. Successful candidates must be able to evidence current or previous experience of working in a domiciliary care business and the responsibilities associated with the role. You must be confident in your knowledge, skills and ability to work autonomously and committed to delivering safe & effective care and leadership.
