Support Worker Adjuvo Care and Support is a national support provider with a wealth of experience of developing innovative care in supported living, community and residential environments. We have positions covering NE12, NE25, NE26, NE29. What will the role of Support Worker Involve? The role will involve working with a wide range of people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes. You will have key worker responsibilities putting the cared for person at the heart of everything we do. You will have regular people whom you will visit which will give continuity of care for the person we support. You will have a passion for caring for people who are end of life. What will I need in order to be considered for this Support Worker role? Skills and experience Previous care work experience is not essential. Experience (paid, voluntary or other) providing others with support and assistance is desirable. Ability to provide emotional and social support to others Good organisational skills A team player Self motivated and able to work on own initiative. Good communication skills. Car drivers essential. You must have your own vehicle and have a full driving licence. Do not apply for the role if you do not meet these requirements. What will I receive in return?
