Overview
Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Import Air and Seafreight person for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Kingston area. Key Responsibilities / Duties: •Handling air /sea imports start-finish •Dealing with queries •Raise invoice and finalise job files •Supporting the Freight operations team •Liaising with customers, airlines and other company branches •Completing Import Customs entries with necessary HMRC and in-house systems •Review and prepare all relevant documentation for all aspects of the transportation of goods Required Experience:- •Experience in the freight forwarding industry •Experience with customs clearances (essential) Skills:- •Self-motivated •Good attention to detail •Strong communications and organisational skills •A good level of English, oral and written •Familiar with using Excel, Word & Outlook •French (priority) Working hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 - 17:00 As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
