Salesforce Administrator £50,000 Central London A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with a organisation, who are seeking to appoint a Administrators to join their growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate would be a confident Admin to maintain and develop their existing platform and be able to Customise and Configure. The Role: You will report to the Head of Business Operations and work closely with the other functional managers across the organisation playing an instrumental part between functions, translating ideas & concepts into technical terms. As the Salesforce Admin you will take the lead on the development of their Salesforce CRM, in addition you will have the opportunity to play a key part in the development of their new digital platform which is launching in 2020. Working closely with team members to identify and drive through improvements to their systems which include Salesforce, a teacher resource and training platform. Responsibilities: 3 years' experience of being a Salesforce Admin. ( Service Cloud experience highly advantageous) Experience of working with migrating to lightning. Salesforce Administrator Cert (essential). Additional SF certifications are beneficial. Active engagement with Trailhead. Experience of gathering stakeholder requirements and supporting implementation projects Excellent verbal communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customisation is a must - You will be tested Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
