Overview
A large High Street fast-paced retailer is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team in Barrow-In-Furness. The client offer their customers with a wide range of products both branded and own brand at amazing value. You will assist your Store Manager to lead, support and motivate your team to hit your stores performance targets whilst providing exceptional customer service. You will be commercially minded, exploring new ways to enhance the performance of your KPI’s and support with HR activities. You will have experience managing a large team and demonstrate you are able to work and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Salary: £21,000 - £26,500
