Overview

Brite Services are recruiting for an Accounts Coordinator to work for a fantastic Training Provider based on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. This is a full time position (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) however 4 dpw could be considered for the right candidate. The role is a maternity cover and looks to last around 8 months, however has the possibility to be extended. The successful candidate will be carrying out the sales ledger and credit control functions for the company, however the duties will be varied and might involve assisting with other areas: Benefits: Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays Discretionary annual pay review Discretionary annual bonus On-site parking Duties include: To raise all sales invoices for the company; these instructions will come via a number of routes so ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential Credit control – daily debt collection activity Dealing with inbound emails concerning invoice queries Monthly statement process Processing orders for consumables and ad-hoc items Providing administrative support to all other teams on an ad-hoc basis The successful candidate will have: Experience in sales ledger, credit control, general finance Excellent communication skills Excellent telephone manner Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Be highly numerate and a proficient user of Excel and Word Or experience in the following sectors: Finance, Administration, Security, Logistics, Healthcare, Education, Warehousing & Distribution Please note – employment will be subject to Receipt of two references and the satisfactory outcome of a DBS check If you feel you match all or most of the above criteria then apply today with your CV today and suitable candidates will be contacted by a member of the Brite team
