Overview
A highly prestigious US law firm with stunning offices in a central City Location currently have an excellent opportunity for a Billing Coordinator to join their friendly and existing accounts team on a temporary basis. The successful Billing Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of billing processes related to managing the billing and banking functions of the London office. This is a busy and varied role and the duties include producing and preparing pre-bills, responding promptly to all billing related queries, producing accurate submissions of invoices that are e-billed, regularly liaising with Partners, Associates and Secretaries regarding client invoices as well as providing assistance to the accounts team on an adhoc basis within other areas of the accounting and finance function. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have relevant billing experience within a law firm. Knowledge of Elite 3E/ Enterprise would be a distinct advantage. Attention to detail, flexibility to work overtime and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines is a must in this busy role. The successful Billing Coordinator will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
