Overview
Private Client Solicitor QED Legal are currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-known Essex practice based in Chelmsford. This multi-service practice has been in operation for over 100 years in where they've been specialists operating in all major practices across both commercial law and private law. The Solicitor will manage a caseload of Wills, Trust and Probate files including preparation of wills, IHT planning, Court of Protection, LPAs and administration of Estates. Applications are invited from Solicitors between a minimum of 2 PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
