HR Co-ordinator

HR Co-ordinator Job Nuneaton to start ASAP Your new role You will be responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. You will identify anomalies as they arise and use judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have strong administration experience, have previously used SAP and be intermediate on Excel. You will ideally have also worked within a HR department previously. What you'll get in return You will have a temporary ongoing position working for a large corporate company. This is a great opportunity to gain some further experience within recruitment. You will receive an hourly rate of £9.50 to £10.00 per hour with the potential of moving in to a 12 to 18-month fixed term contract at a salary of £20,685.
