Overview
Product Designer / Interaction designer (Mobile, Desktop, web) My client are a fast growing cybersecurity organisation who are looking to bring on a Product Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. You are already a passionate designer and are looking for a home where you can work with a great team to deliver super Product Designs. Your passion is designing amazing digital products and we see you as central to our ability to deliver them. You’ll join a company poised for rapid growth at an exciting time, and will work with a cross-functional team to design, build and roll-out products for our clients. You will own all the stages of the product design process, from discovery and ideation, stakeholder workshops and research to wireframing, prototyping and iterating designs to high fidelity. Teamwork is important to our culture and we take pride in being a single team that embraces change working together to deliver to, whilst supporting our growing customer base. There will be times when we will need a wide range of design skills to support us and it may include everything including brand development, artefact design, and much more, and you will be our guide. What you’ll be doing Working closely with our Product Manager’s guidance, to design across our product portfolio, supporting engineering, marketing and customer support, by creating and iterating clickable prototypes for mobile and web products Lead the creation and team communication of high fidelity designs, sketches, user flows and wireframes Work closely with the entire team to ensure your designs fit our business goals and any technical constraints Deliver workshops to gather information, generate ideas and align stakeholders Explore design concepts through user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, heuristic analysis, experience mapping and concept validation Participate in design research, user research and validation testing Oversee the implementation of your designs and work with engineers to resolve issues You would love you to apply and would welcome 3 or more years’ experience in Design A passion and flare for designing internal facing and external products You showcase your portfolio that help us see the breadth of your work, your design thinking and skill You have UX and UI design experience, especially if you are proficient in both, and we will understand if you have a stronger bias You have a voice that helps convey your passion in design and enjoy the aspect of communication necessary to bring wide stakeholder lean-in Product Designer / Interaction designer (Mobile, Desktop, web) InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
