Overview

A fantastic opening for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing and evolving software solutions business, based in central London. Here they have developed a mature platform for Lab, Pharma and the hospitality sectors and continue to have a growing client base. They are now looking to further develop customer relationships and user experience to a first class level. Working closely with the Account Manager, you will help manage requirements throughout the pipeline, ensuring smooth on boarding and being a key interface between customer and the business, helping interpret their requirements into commercial opportunities with the business. This is a varied role that requires someone to be self-motivated and driven, with excellent customer service skills. Although not an exhaustive list, day to day you will: Assist with the customer on-boarding process Take time to understand customer requirements and build effective working relationships Help respond to enquiries and follow up on warm leads Assist in retaining existing Provide customer demos and training Contribute to customer facing documents, literature and marketing tools Due to the nature of the business, should you have any software, IT or technology industry experience, then that would be considered very beneficial. Depending on what you bring to this role, they offer £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits.
