Site Agent

An exciting new position has arisen for a Site Manager to join one of Scotland's most recognised house builders. Our client are looking for someone with a proven track record in flatted developments and who can work independently as well as within a team. As a Site Manager you will be expect to have a firm understanding of multi-trades supervision and coordination, a valid CSCS card, SMSTS 5 day course and a First Aid at work certificate. You will be responsible for: • The day to day running of the site • Liaison with clients and subcontractors, including conducting any necessary meetings • Progress the main programme of works and to monitor/drive weekly progress • Maintain high productivity and quality workmanship • Drive a strong health & safety agenda across the site In addition, this role offers a competitive salary and you can expect a benefits package that will include a car/car allowance and pension contribution.
