Overview
Our client is a highly regarded regional law firm looking for a 2-3 yr PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their experienced and supportive team who advise on the strategic management and transnational aspects of occupation, development and investment in land. Based in Milton Keynes you will deal with a range of commercial property work, with particular emphasis on development, landlord and tenant and some high end residential work. The successful candidate will be commercially-minded, and should have good drafting skills and the ability to run their own caseload.
