Court of Protection Solicitor

Errington Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with Court of Protection experience to join a growing team in a highly rewarding area of work. Reporting to the Head of Department you will assist with a caseload of COP and attorneyship matters, acting as an integral part of the COP team. The ideal candidate will have circa 2 years’ experience or CILEX equivalent dealing with Court of Protection work and will be confident in delivering on individual targets with minimal supervision. It is essential for this role to have an empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive matters, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction as well as good communication and team working skills. You should have good working knowedge of case management systems and will be encouraged to further your development of technical and non-technical skills. The successful candidate will need to be skilled in building relationships with clients and colleagues alike and will have proven results in supporting business development initiatives across a team or firm.
