Overview
Our client based in West Byfleet are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to cover a variety of accounting responsibilities. Duties: Processing weekly time sheets and wages (SAGE Line 50) Cash and Bank reconciliations Supplier payments by BACS, CIS Sub Contractor monthly reconciliations and payments VAT reconciliations and returns PAYE reconciliation and returns Customer and Supplier interface Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets and Word Knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounting and payroll/construction industry Tax Scheme (CIS) Ability to integrate into a small and versatile accounts team Accurate with a keen eye for detail Trustworthy and reliable Security cleared to SC Benefits: 23 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays Pension Scheme 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday (4.30 p.m. Friday)
