Insurance Administrator Cheltenham £16,500 - £19,000 We are delighted to be partnering with a Global organisation in their search for a Credit Control Administrator. Our client offer an excellent working environment, the office is spacious and modern and a relaxed and happy working atmosphere is promoted at all times. Our client operates within the commercial insurance sector, and the role focuses on the preparation and issuing of policy documentation, specifically within the London Market. Responsibilities General Administration duties Dealing with all queries as may arise, by either email, letter or telephone as is required Credit control Bank reconciliations To prepare and issue policies Providing clients with additional policy documents as may apply Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of individual accounts Data entry Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience of working within Insurance preferred but not essential Able to prioritise workload when working with high volumes 5 GCSE Grades, A - C Strong oral and written communication skills Competent use of Microsoft office Benefits 25 days holiday Bank Holidays Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Christmas close down Long service sabbatical Private medical care Opportunity to study towards professionally recognised qualifications "My client is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age."
