Job Description We are seeking individuals with Senior and Project Management experience, with extensive practical experience of administering contracts under NEC and JCT form. Job Duties Management of projects both pre- and post-contract Contributing to business development Experience in business case development in highway related projects, in Financial management of own commissions Provide support on major project management commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery Preparation of contracts for commissions to comply with Risk Management policy To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. Qualifications Construction or infrastructure background in at least one of the following sectors: water, gas, power, rail, light rail/trams, highways, environmental, regulated industries. Preferably degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, project management or surveying. Chartered/ Associate or full membership of an appropriate professional institution. Able to demonstrate Project Management of multiple multi-discipline engineering design and construction projects (>£10m Capital Expenditure). Both site and office-based experience on a variety of project types including civil and building infrastructure projects. Extensive practical experience of administering contracts under NEC forms will be a distinct advantage.
