Overview
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an exceptional Nursing Home for the elderly. The home is a beautiful listed building in a quiet residential area of Hillingdon, set in a large, private, gated garden. We are looking for a high calibre Registered Manager (nurse or non-nurse) who has experience of managing a large team in a nursing home environment and is comfortable with the use of technology for care planning, HR and rota's. The home has a fantastic local reputation for the quality of care and there are no CQC or occupancy issues. RESPONSIBILITIES As well as taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, you will be tasked with achieving various business objectives, including: Maintaining the relationships with CCG and other external health and social care professional Effective budget management Managing the recruitment process to minimise agency fees PERSON SPECIFICATION We are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of: Successful nursing home management in the private fee-paying market High quality care provision Achieving consistently good CQC ratings Effective staff management and leadership Budgetary management and control REWARDS Salary - £50k-£60k per annum Bonus - 20% of salary Life Insurance - x3 annual salary Rewards Scheme NMC annual fees 33 days holiday What Happens Next?
