Salary : £8.61ph Excellent Benefits. Employment Status : Full-time, permanent. About the role: This role will support our client with the launch of a new programme, this is a great opportunity to be involved from the initial stage. You will look at and test methodologies and technologies to increase our ability to handle more customer queries, and to produce a more efficient service in the advice we provide to our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor you will: Receive calls from customers needing guidance and support linked with Debt Need to be confident enough to ask probing and clarifying questions (without the assistance of a script) to understand the customers issues Customer may at time be in tough situations so you need to be empathic to the caller’s situation and be able to build rapport You will work offline to use and test existing and emerging technologies across the virtual team Collaborate and share best-practice between all of our stakeholders Review best approach through process & information ideas to improve referral pathways into and within financial topics to ultimately Improve customer experience of, and outcomes resulting from, the customer advice journey contribute to help develop and continuously improve the pilot process, providing evidence and feed back to contribute to evaluations To be a brilliant Customer Service Advisor in this role, you’ll need to have: A genuine passion for customer service Confident communication skills across different hierarchy levels Attention to detail and listening skills ensuring full understanding and response to customers enquiries.
