Your role Reporting into the ECD Senior Manager, you will support the annual planning and review of ECD programmes across the Legal service line. You will help to ensure they align to our Deloitte student experience overall, and are fit for purpose, are current and that they deliver impact. Inputting into the annual Learning Needs Analysis process and developing new career pathways, you will collaborate with teams across the board to promote offerings, gathering Voice of the Customer feedback, to improve programme quality. You will own and manage all local funding relationships with external bodies for both the Degree Programme and the Academy offerings to ensure that programmes deliver value for money and comply with funding rules. Working with the Learning COE Design & Delivery team to design and deliver content and innovation for those within the first five years of their career. Leverage UK best practices in terms of existing programme design to create alignment and cohesion across the UK Lead on all learning aspects of the programmes, from initial regulatory and induction training, professional education, through to professional and leadership training, incorporating milestone events (DUE), through to roll off. Manage induction programmes for the Delivery Centre, and integrate Discover Deloitte content, to drive continuous improvement of ECD induction Own and manage the onboarding process, with the HRRP and Onboarding team, to ensure Governance and delivery of policies and contracts Lead on the design and delivery of ECD learning pathway and work with business stakeholders to ensure that this is fit for purpose for ECD talent Manage the Belfast Degree Programme and act as the relationship manager for Ulster University to ensure that the Programme is fit for purpose and provides an outstanding student experience Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Location: You will be based at our London office, with an option of working from home one day a week Work pattern: This is a fixed-term contract opportunity and can be worked on a full time basis. Your professional experience A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent. Experience in a similar role, either within Professional Services or a large, matrix-structured international firm ideally with a background in Legal Experience and passion in talent development and learning, with a firm grasp of human resources. Able to work independently. A great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organisation. An expert at building networks and connections, on both regional and global levels. Strong experience of a base of project/programme management.
