Overview
- We are currently looking for a Band 4 Medical PA to work within a NHS hospital based in Chester, Cheshire. Band 4 PA to Chief Pharmacist and Deputy Chief Pharmacists to start ASAP for 4 days per week 08.30-16.30; Qualifications: NVQ Business & Admin level 3 or equivalent. Essential skills and experience: excellent administrative and organisational skills, including minute taking, diary management; advanced IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Key Deliverables: We are looking for a proactive and resilient individual to work within our dynamic department ensuring efficient and effective administrative, secretarial and organisational support to the pharmacy leadership team. A current DBS is required for this role. Role: Medical PA Grade: Band 4 Hours: Mon-Fri 3O hours.
